I recently had my first hearing evaluation at the Delphos office. The staff were very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They were very thorough with explaining the testing that was going to be done to test my hearing. They explained the results of my hearing loss and fitted me with hearing aids. After a few minor adjustments, I was amazed how much my hearing had improved. I give them an outstanding recommendation as to solving hearing problems. 

Delphos Hearing Aid Center is the Best!! Jane and Brianne will answer all your questions. It is a learning process and they will help you through it. The first 3 months are challenging as you begin to “hear” again! You eventually forget you are wearing them and forget to take them out before showering or going to bed! Then they become a habit like taking off your glasses. 

So far I’m very impressed. Everyone at Delphos Hearing Aid Center was very helpful and professional. I was blown away by the quality of the hearing aids. I can’t wait to get mine.

Jane and staff helped me with setting up an evaluation for a cochlear implant. Although I didn't meet criteria at this time they have been working diligently on improving my hearing with the Genesis hearing aids. They answer all my questions and pursue answers to situations that are new to them. Always ready to see me if needed.

I’ve been going to the Delphos Hearing Center for 12 years. Jane has kept up to date with the top-of-the-line technology and equipment. Hearing tests are available without hearing aids and with hearing aids. Has the ability to adjust volumes. She and the staff are customer service oriented. Appointments are kept on schedule. They have all the inventory in the office you need. If you have insurance, they can help you submit the claim. The office is very clean and comfortable. Office is decorated for the seasons The customers chat with the staff when they are leaving. I’ve recommended 12 people, and they are completely satisfied. Jane and the staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
If I owned a business that was customer service oriented, would hire Jane and her staff.  

Over three years ago my family had told me I was overlooking some information they were sharing with me so when the hearing aid center advertised a free test and that I could get a considerable discount. That is when I decided to purchase hearing aids so that I could share with my family and grandchildren.
