Jane and staff helped me with setting up an evaluation for a cochlear implant. Although I didn’t meet criteria at this time they have been working diligently on improving my hearing with the Genesis hearing aids. They answer all my questions and pursue answers to situations that are new to them. Always ready to see me if needed.
